BIG GOD

How big is your God compared with the devil, most times we are frightened to the extent that we fear the devil more than God. We call God different names like Omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient but still wonder if he is present.

These are some scripture that can help us understand God's greatness and also will help us build our faith around him and his words. The first thing that speaks about God's greatness is, God is the creator of all things including the devil that we are afraid of. 

for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Colossians 1:16 KJV

By his great wisdom he created them male and female according to his likeness, which means we have God's nature 🙏. We're his handwork. 

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, The moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, And hast crowned him with glory and honour.

Psalm 8:3‭-‬5 KKJV. 

He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite.

Psalm 147:4‭-‬5 KJV

Pondering for a little while in those few scriptures we can understand the full purpose of God for us and reasons why we should trust him. God is faithful to all who believes and hunger for righteousness.
