Truck Crashes Driver To Death While Checking Fault Under In Lagos

A truck driver died after his truck fell on him while he was fixing it. The incident happened on March 23 in Lagos State, Nigeria. The driver and his assistant were traveling when their truck broke down at the Marine Bridge area. They used a jack to lift the truck, and the driver went under it to repair it. The assistant forgot to put up a warning sign and turn on the truck's rear light. Another truck driver hit their truck, causing it to fall on the driver and kill him. The assistant ran away. The officials from LASTMA, a transportation agency, came to the scene and took the two trucks and the body of the driver to the police station at Area B Command in Apapa for more investigation.
