Sheik Gumi:Give Bandits Enough Land And Money To Stop Killing

 

The self appointed mediator for the "brutal killing force" bandits in Nigeria has open up the only way or perhaps one of the easiest way to stop bandits from incessant killing of Nigerian. 

 The Islamic cleric has it nailed out that the Federal Government of Nigeria has yet to embrace peace with the bandits has they have not given them enough money and lands that could make the bandits stop the killing of innocent Nigerians. He also added that the bandits are supposed to be compared with Niger-Delta militant and a ministry established to address their grievances and that of killer Fulani herders.

Mr Gumi said past attempts “to broker peace” with the bandits failed because they were not compensated “with lands or cattle or money big enough to help halt hostilities.”

He added that sometimes the government would “just give them (bandits) a million or two million and get their weapons without even looking at how they survive.”

In a live stream on his Facebook page on Tuesday, the self-appointed mediator for bandits said only religion can be used to pacify them to embrace peace.
