Bandits launch Fresh Attacked In Katsina, Kills Three| Nigeria News Today

 Bandits in another fresh attack, has raided Barawa Community, Under Batagarawa Local Government Area in Katsina State. The said community was thrown into a great hullabaloo on Sunday night when the bandits in large number raided the community and leads to the killing of not less than four persons and left numerous other communitarian in several degrees os severe injuries. 

According to a source, the hoodlums attacked the said community at about 9pm shooting sporadically into the air. The community is about 10 kilometre from Katsina metropolis. The source also added that during the attack nobody was kidnapped. 

His words read:

"nobody was kidnapped during the attack but three men and an elderly woman were killed in the process. They also looted several shops and houses of their valuables and took away their goats and sheep as well.”

The source also added that those killed during the attacked had been buried  but the number might increase due to the degrees of injuries sustained by the people hof that community. 

He also added that the security of that area has been beefed up.
