As of the results announced so far in the ongoing Anambra State gubernatorial Election, All progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) have preliminary victory  in all six local government areas. 

It is also important to note that there are 21 local governments and total number of 18 contestant. However, in these local goverments; Onitsha South, Awka South, Anaocha, Anambra East, Orumba South and Njikoka, Mr Soludo is currently leading the race.
